Loan Setup & Validation
Review executed loan documents and booking instructions.
Board commercial loans, lines of credit, term loans, revolvers, and syndicated facilities into servicing systems.
Validate borrower information, facility structure, pricing, payment schedules, fees, and collateral details.
Verify documentation completeness prior to booking.Quality & Controls Perform dual verification of loan attributes.
Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate exceptions. Adhere to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
