US TA Lead

Focus: US Staffing / Tech Hiring

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end US hiring across technology and professional staffing requirements.
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and joining.
- Bring strong hands-on experience in US staffing / IT staffing, with a proven track record of closing positions within aggressive timelines.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
- Strong understanding of US employment types including W2, C2C, 1099 and full time/direct hire.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT/CPT and other relevant categories.
- Experience hiring across major US markets and working effectively across EST, CST time zones.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local US talent, including niche and difficult-to-find technology skills.




- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, talent availability, compensation and hiring timelines.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, rates, competitor hiring and location-specific challenges.
- Drive strong candidate engagement and proactively manage offer-to-join ratios, dropouts and counteroffers.
- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, selections, closures, ageing and turnaround time.
- Mentor and guide recruiters while remaining personally hands-on with sourcing and closures.
- Manage multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced staffing environment.
