About the Role

TXG is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking across our construction and BIM project portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring robust planning and project control capabilities, hands-on expertise in scheduling tools, and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to keep timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
- Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against planned milestones
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and validate progress data
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and resource/manpower histograms
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and highlight critical path activities




- Support project cost and resource planning in coordination with relevant teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedule revisions, baselines, and project records
- Assist in preparing tender and pre-construction schedules as required
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment across project phases

What You'll Bring
- Strong planning and production planning skills, with experience developing and managing project schedules
- Excellent analytical skills and project control capabilities to monitor performance, identify variances, and support corrective actions
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information clearly
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) and solid MS Office skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
