We are hiring for an exciting opportunity in Service Assurance / Submarine Network Operations.

Experience: 04 Years
Qualification: Graduate

Work Environment: 24x7 Operations

Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer issues in a high-availability 24x7 setting.
- Take ownership of customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network/system-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution and escalation.
- Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues.




- Ensure SLA adherence and proactively monitor service performance.
- Maintain awareness of the latest technologies in the networking domain.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ideal candidates: Candidates with exposure to Service Assurance, NOC Operations, Submarine Cable Networks, Cable Landing Station Operations, DWDM, SDH or Technical Support are encouraged to apply.
