Summary of Work Setting and Role:

To spearhead service sales for TMEIC customers in the North Region, including Long-Term Service Contracts, spares business, revamps/replacements, overhauling & maintenance contracts, and new service offerings for MV rotating machines (Induction and Synchronous Motors) and power electronics (Drives, UPS & PV Inverters).

The role will focus on driving business growth in service sales across all TMEIC products.

Specific Duties:
- Study RFQs, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and submit to customers to secure orders.
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments for each proposal.
- Analyze the market to understand service offerings by competitors.
- Prepare and submit proposals, defining deliverables, and finalizing commercial and legal terms & conditions in coordination with internal teams and the Application Team.
- Study upgrade opportunities, identify potential jobs, and initiate RFQ generation.
- Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions as required.




- Travel frequently within the region for sales activities and business development.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales order handover for execution.
- Align with Front-End BU Sales and Post Sales Service (PSS) teams to ensure appropriate service offerings and pricing strategies for higher profitability.
- Maintain service sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.

Desired Outcomes:
- Achieve and exceed regional service sales targets.
- Develop and maintain the installed base and user base; identify prospective customers and convert opportunities into service sales.
- Design and define new service offerings based on market and customer insights aligned with the TMEIC product portfolio.
- Participate in proposal approvals and tender submissions.
- Take overall responsibility for service business growth in the North Region.
