Role Description

The Performance Marketing Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for Supplymint.



Day-to-day tasks include managing performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, monitoring campaign budgets, and reporting on key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. The associate will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and landing pages, and will support market research initiatives to identify new growth opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with external partners or agencies when needed and ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic marketing automation is beneficial.
