Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant to support enterprise financial consolidation, reporting, and close management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, financial consolidation processes, reporting, application support, and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications.
- Configure HFM metadata, hierarchies, rules, consolidations, and calculations.
- Manage financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain Financial Reports, Smart View reports, and management dashboards.
- Perform data loading, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Participate in HFM upgrades, migrations, patches, and enhancement projects.




- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, technology, and business operations.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Experience with Financial Consolidation and Reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), and FDMEE/FDM.
- Experience in HFM application configuration, metadata management, and business rules.
- Understanding of financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting large-scale HFM environments.
- Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
