Role Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Operations specialist to build the measurement, attribution,



and process backbone that makes every marketing function’s pipeline contribution visible and accountable.

You are the person who connects marketing activity to revenue. Without this role, pipeline attribution remains aspirational.

Key Responsibilities

Attribution, Analytics & Pipeline Visibility
- Design and implement multi-touch attribution model from scratch.
- Build campaign performance dashboards: monthly for SLT, weekly for marketing team.
- Own lead scoring model aligned to AMM lifecycle stages.
- Produce funnel analytics: MQL/SQL volume, conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline contribution by channel.

Process, Budget & Governance
- Own budget management: tracking, quarterly reallocation, spend-vs-outcome reporting.
- Design and enforce MQL handoff SLA and lead routing governance.
- Manage data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, invalid lead cleanup.
- Own data privacy and consent management (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- Build campaign launch checklists, quality gates, and approval
