About the Role

We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to support the CRM team in managing customer interactions, documentation, payment follow-ups, sales coordination, and post-sales activities for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with Excel, CRM software, and basic ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle day-to-day communication with customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requirements and requests.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and commitments.





2. Booking & Documentation
- Assist in processing new bookings and customer documentation.
- Verify basic customer documents and coordinate for missing documents.
- Maintain booking forms, KYC documents, agreements and other customer records.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Legal and Documentation teams for execution of agreements and related documents.
- Track the status of documentation and ensure timely completion.

3. Payment & Collection Coordination
- Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with customers regarding upcoming and overdue payments.
- Share payment reminders and follow up for collections as instructed.
- Update customer payment details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
- Assist in resolving customer ledger/payment-related queries.

4. CRM & Data Management
