Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor research and curate content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Develop templates and create social media banners to strengthen brand presence.
- Plan and coordinate webinars and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns for user acquisition and engagement across various channels.
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and more.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.




- Track and analyse marketing metrics to monitor ROI and optimize campaign performance and present weekly reports.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing and recruitment tech.
- Look into 2 types of marketing: Organic (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Backlinking) and Paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Facebook/Instagram/Youtube Campaigns).

Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within tech or SaaS.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Experience with design tools like Canva (adobe is a plus).
