Responsibilities :
- Lead railway signalling system and software engineering activities across the complete lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, development, integration, verification & validation (V&V;), and commissioning support.
- Act as a SME in railway signalling, providing technical leadership on software engineering activities, with good knowledge of systems like ERTMS, DTG-R and other signalling system for mainline and metros.
- Own and drive system-to-software integration, ensuring seamless translation of signalling system requirements into software requirements, design, implementation, and verification.
- Provide technical leadership for safety-critical signalling projects, ensuring compliance with applicable railway standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, stakeholders, OEMs, and internal engineering teams; understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.




- Present and demonstrate signalling system and software capabilities to customers and stakeholders, including technical solutions, architectures, methodologies, competencies, and project experience.
- Support customer engagements, technical proposals, RFPs/EOIs, capability presentations, solutioning, and presales activities.
- Drive technical reviews, design discussions, V&V; strategies, issue resolution, and technical risk mitigation.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in software engineering, signalling, V&V;, and safety-critical development practices.
- Collaborate with global teams/front offices and act as the technical interface between engineering teams and customers/stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering processes, development methodologies, testing strategies, and technical capabilities.
