Customer Onboarding Specialist

Experience : 1- 4 years (Inside and field sales experience required)

Location : Banjarahills Road No 10

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is essential, and a background in logistics or trucking is a significant plus

What we're looking for
- 1 - 4 years experince in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success or customer support preferably at a SaaS, fintech or B2B company.
- Fluent in Hindi and English & Telugu
- Comfortable spending the day on calls, WhatsApp and Google Meet
- Able to explain a product simply to customers who aren't tech-savvy
- Organised,



with working knowledge of CRM and Excel
- Willing to travel occasionally for customer visits
- Experience in logistics, trucking, commercial vehicles or fleet telematics
- Exposure to KYC, wallets, UPI/NEFT payouts or FASTag

The role

You take new customers from signup to their first live transaction on the platform, and stay with them through the early days. You'll run demos, train users, fix onboarding issues and handle day-to-day support mostly over call, WhatsApp and Google Meet, and sometimes in person at the customer's office.

What you'll do
- Conduct product demos for current customers over Google Meet and in person
- Explain VAHN in simple language trip creation, trip sheets, fuel cards, FASTag, driver payouts and trip P&L;
- Onboard customers end to end: KYC, adding trucks and documents, bank beneficiary setup, wallet funding and first transaction
- Identify and resolve onboarding ch
