We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensure work quality, and complete projects on time. The candidate should have hands-on site experience and strong knowledge of civil construction practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor labor work, subcontractors, and material usage
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
- Handle site measurements and billing-related work
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly

Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials




- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Good site management and supervision skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements
- Willing to work at site location
- Ability to handle workers and contractors efficiently
- Responsible and punctual

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of site experience in building / industrial / commercial projects

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
