Job Description Position: Senior Executive Finance Accounts Department: Finance Accounts Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head Finance Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Executive Finance Accounts to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements and hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts
- Perform journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support internal and external audit activities

2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Qualified Tax (PT)
- Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
- Bonus Act
- Handle calculation, deduction, and filing of statutory returns
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants when required





3. Payroll Employee Settlements
- Process payroll in compliance with applicable laws
- Manage:
- Gratuity calculations
- Leave encashment
- Full Final (FF) settlements for exiting employees
- Ensure accurate deductions and timely disbursement

4. ERP Systems Management
- Work extensively on SAP for:
- Accounting entries
- Financial reporting
- Data management
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in ERP transactions

5. MIS Reporting
- Prepare and present MIS reports using MS Excel
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Create presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) for management review

6. Compliance Controls
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls
- Monitor compliance timelines and maintain proper documentation
