Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality and classroom presence, including effective management of substitutions and missed periods.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of academic records, including Class Progress Reports, Daily Class Records, attendance records and other prescribed documentation.
Monitor classroom discipline and maintain an effective, conducive academic setting.
Monitor compliance with classwork, homework, assessments and other scheduled academic activities.
Conduct regular classroom and academic audits to identify gaps, deviations and areas requiring corrective action.
