As a Data Classification Associate, you will perform various duties related to data entry. To meet this requirement, members of staff need to be willing and able to work at times other than and in addition to the regularly scheduled workweek, should the need arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter required data in accordance with detailed data entry guidelines and project-
specific requirements.
* This key function requires learning and adhering to: General data entry guidelines that define how different fields should be entered for designated tag groups.




* Transcription-specific guidelines that define the requirements for each transcription type and the associated data entry rules.
* Perform quality control reviews of data entry work and other production-related activities completed by team members to identify, document, and correct errors.
* Review computer-based images and accurately identify content that requires transcription and data entry based on client requirements.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while meeting established quality and performance targets.
* Participate in ongoing training, knowledge assessments, and process updates to ensure
consistently high-quality work.
