ROLE OVERVIEW

The Civil Site Supervisor will be the Founder's right hand on the ground — running day-to-day site operations, managing labour, and acting as the direct link between the field and company management. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to senior management as the company grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily site operations across one or more active construction projects, including quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Manage and coordinate daily-wage labour: attendance, task allocation, and weekly wage inputs
- Accompany and transport the Founder to and between project sites using the company vehicle (car and two-wheeler)
- Report daily on site progress, issues, and material needs directly to company management (based overseas)
- Coordinate with material suppliers and subcontractors on-site
- Maintain basic daily records of work progress, labour attendance, and material usage
- Flag design, structural, or aesthetic concerns proactively — an eye for architectural detail is valued

REQUIREMENTS




- Valid driving licence for both car and two-wheeler (mandatory — non-negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in civil site supervision (residential or commercial construction)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on site experience
- Comfortable with daily reporting and working under remote/overseas management
- Based in or willing to relocate to Trichy
- Strong communication skills in Tamil; working English preferred

PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)
- Interest in architectural design, building aesthetics, or interior finishing
- Prior experience managing daily-wage labour crews of 10+ workers

COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH

Starting salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month, based on experience.
