1. Administer medications accurately, including cardiac drugs and emergency treatments, as per protocols.

2. Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition, escalating to senior staff or medical team as required.

3. Participate in emergency response situations, including Code Blue, CPR, and cardiac resuscitation.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

5. Follow all hospital protocols and infection prevention and control guidelines.

6. Ensure safe handling and administration of medications, blood products, and intravenous therapies.

7. Support a collaborative team setting, promoting patient-centered care.

8. Assist colleagues during high-acuity situations and emergencies.

Professional / Educational Qualifications

Competencies

2.12 years of experience in a cardiac, ICU, CCU, or emergency care setting.

Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.

Ability to remain calm and act effectively during emergencies.

Compassionate and patient-focused.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow protocols and hospital policies strictly.
