About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive who can understand our product, actively promote and sell our plans, generate new users/customers, and work closely with our development team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with online marketing, lead generation, sales, customer communication, and basic understanding of websites/technology.

You will be responsible not only for marketing activities but also for converting leads into paying customers and helping us grow the user base.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand our website, products, services, and pricing plans.
- Actively promote and sell our plans through different online and offline channels.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Create and manage marketing/referral links and track their performance.
- Promote products through social media, WhatsApp, email, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Communicate with potential customers and explain product features, perks, pricing, and plans.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.




- Identify new marketing and sales opportunities.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas where the product or user experience can be improved.
- Coordinate with the development team when you identify bugs, usability issues, missing features, or improvements required from a customer/sales perspective.
- Clearly communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team.
- Work with developers/product team to understand new features and help communicate them to customers.
- Prepare basic sales/marketing reports and track leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Continuously test new marketing strategies to increase sales and user acquisition.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
