The Impact You’ll Have:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Senior Backend Developer to design,
build, and maintain high-performance digital solutions on the Optimizely
platform. You will work as a skilled individual contributor within a
collaborative engineering team, leveraging AI-assisted development practices to
deliver scalable, cloud-native applications — while working closely with
product, design, and fellow engineers to bring complex features to life.

What you’ll do:

* Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and applications using




C# and .NET Core (.NET 8+).
* Develop and enhance Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and DXP solutions, including
content models, APIs, middleware, and custom integrations.
* Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development velocity, code
quality, and engineering efficiency.
* Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting front-end teams,
third-party platforms, and microservices.
* Collaborate with QA to develop and maintain comprehensive automated testing.
* Participate actively in code reviews, providing thoughtful and constructive
feedback to engineering peers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across backend services and
platform integrations.
* Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discovery with
cross-functional teams.
* Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI/ML services, and share
