Toprankers is a leading EdTech organisation focused on helping students build successful careers through structured learning, expert guidance, and technology-enabled education solutions. We are looking for an Operations Executive who can ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operations across our centres and support functions.

Experience

1-3 years in Operations, EdTech, Education, Customer Support, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with the academic, sales, counselling, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and update student, faculty, and operational records accurately.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, classes, batches, and other operational requirements.
- Handle student and parent queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams for class schedules, study material, assessments,



and other academic requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of processes and SOPs at the centre/office level.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, administration, and other support functions whenever required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office/centre infrastructure and resources.
- Support events, seminars, workshops, student activities, and other organisational initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Take ownership of operational issues and ensure they are resolved within defined timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage.
