- ;Retain existing buyers through regular engagement, timely follow-ups, and excellent service.
- ;Develop a pipeline of new buyers through online and offline research, field visits, and outreach.
- ;Actively identify and engage prospective buyers; guide them through registration and onboarding.
- ;Follow up on buyer inquiries and provide necessary information and support in a timely manner.
- ;Achieve 100% of assigned buyer acquisition and revenue targets.

- ;Co-plan auctions with buyers to understand their needs and ensure a successful outcome.
- ;Monitor listed auctions and coordinate with operations for smooth end-to-end execution.
- ;Maintain a product-wise MIS of buyers; ensure their participation in relevant auctions.




- ;Identify and resolve material dispatch-related issues in a timely manner.
