Job Description

Yuga Tech Academy is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, online platforms, college visits and local marketing activities.
- Contact students and parents and explain our courses, training programs and internship opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Counsel students based on their career and training requirements.
- Build relationships with colleges, students and potential clients.
- Maintain daily call, lead and admission reports.




- Achieve monthly admission and business targets.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to the growth of the academy.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle student/parent enquiries professionally.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with sales, counselling or BDE experience are preferred.
