About Kimon

Kimon is a UK company with a delivery team in India. We run two things side by side.

Kimon Services is the business that pays the bills. We build and run managed teams for UK clients, handle Employer of Record work, and increasingly wrap AI and automation around client operations.

The Kimon platforms are eight B2B SaaS products, all built in house:
- Kimon Bids, bid and tender management. Live, with paying customers.
- Kimon Recruit, applicant tracking with AI generated skills testing.
- Kimon Projects, project management for SMEs.
- Kimon Time, time tracking and workforce analytics.
- Kimon Comply, compliance management across 14 domains.
- Kimon Desk, AI native helpdesk.
- Kimon Teams, pre built AI agents with enforced human quality control.
- Kimon Send, low cost email marketing on the customer's own Amazon SES.

We are building a short form video engine as our main organic channel. This is the seat that makes it pay.

The role

A Video Editor produces 100 shorts a week, each 30 to 40 seconds. You publish all of them across YouTube, Instagram,



TikTok and LinkedIn, then work out what happened and what we do next.

That gives you 1,600 or so data points every month on what a UK B2B audience actually watches on each platform. Your job is to turn that into three things: an organic audience that grows every month, a short list of videos worth putting money behind, and a stream of proven hooks and topics that goes back to the editor and the scriptwriter.

You are not a scheduler. Anyone can post. You are the person who reads the retention graph, finds the second where people leave, and changes what we make because of it.

Almost everything you publish will be read by a UK audience. Your written English has to be excellent, and it has to sound British.

What you'll own

Publishing and optimisation
- Platform formatting. Uploading correctly to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, respecting each platform's specs and quirks.
- SEO writing. Hooks, titles
