Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth for our education business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, business development, and customer relationship management, preferably within the education, EdTech, training, or academic services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue on a regular basis.




- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support post-sales activities.
