A Fast Food Helper supports daily kitchen and counter operations to ensure fast, efficient service and maintain restaurant cleanliness.

**Job Summary**

Assists main cooks, cashiers, and managers by preparing food ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, handling stock, and fulfilling basic customer orders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Food Preparation:** Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables; assemble simple menu items (burgers, sandwiches, fries); package takeaway orders.

* **Cleaning & Sanitation:** Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; sanitize food prep stations, counters, and customer tables; sweep and mop floors; empty trash bins regularly.

* **Stock & Inventory Management:** Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking refrigerators and pantry shelves, and keeping ingredients organized according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.

* **Customer & Counter Support:** Pack orders for takeout or delivery drivers, assist cashiers during busy periods,



and respond promptly to customer requests for extra condiments, napkins, or tray cleanup.

* **Food Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, wear of hairnets/gloves, and temperature management for food storage.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, though entry-level applicants are often accepted).

* Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs for extended periods.

* Strong team player with good communication skills and a fast-paced work ethic.

* Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
