Maduras Herbals Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and other requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
- Support day-to-day customer service activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.




- 0–2 years of experience – Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
