About the Role

We are looking for an
experienced, highly connected and results-oriented Community Developer

who can build, grow and manage strong communities around the organisation.

This is not a conventional desk-based role. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking the organisation's initiatives directly to the people by developing
community networks, conducting outreach programs, building institutional partnerships, organising events and creating long-term engagement

.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
community mobilisation, field outreach, stakeholder management, partnership development and relationship building

, with the ability to independently manage initiatives from
concept and planning through execution, engagement and reporting

.

Key Responsibilities
1. Community Development & Expansion
- Develop and implement strategies to build and expand communities in assigned regions.
- Identify recent communities, institutions, groups and stakeholders for engagement.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand community needs,



interests and challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with community leaders, influencers and local stakeholders.
- Develop a strong network of community representatives and ambassadors.
- Create sustainable engagement programs rather than one-time events.
- Identify opportunities to expand the organisation's presence into new communities and locations.

2. Outreach Program Management
- Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, roadshows and events.
- Develop monthly and annual outreach calendars.
- Identify target audiences and suitable engagement strategies.
- Manage programs from initial planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate venues, participants, volunteers, speakers, partners and logistics.
- Ensure all outreach programs achieve defined participation and engagement objectives.
