This is a functional Salesforce Administrator with troubleshooting and customer support responsibilities, not a traditional developer role. Jennifer repeatedly emphasized investigative skills, platform navigation, communication, and practical hands-on experience over certifications.

This role is heavily focused on Salesforce administration, user support, troubleshooting,



and investigation rather than development. The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Take ownership of user support cases and independently investigate issues
- Understand Salesforce functionality and underlying business processes
- Navigate Salesforce confidently and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with users and internal team members
- Ask questions when unsure and learn from recurring scenarios

Technical Expectations

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Administration
- Data imports/uploads and data cleanup activities
- Running reports/spreadsheets
- Basic Flow creation and maintenance
- User support and case management
- General platform navigation and troubleshooting
