About the Role

Digi Global Tech is seeking a performance-driven Paid Ads Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, campaign optimization techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and scale paid advertising strategies that drive measurable business growth and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.





* Conduct keyword research and develop effective keyword and match-type strategies.

* Create and optimize responsive search ads, ad assets, extensions, and audience targeting.

* Regularly analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, impression share, and other key metrics.

* Monitor search terms and maintain relevant negative keyword lists.

* Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, ads, and audiences to improve campaign performance.

* Identify opportunities to reduce CPA and increase conversions and ROAS.

* Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.

* Work with Google Merchant Center and product feeds for Shopping/PMax campaigns where required.

* Perform regular account audits and identify areas for improvement.

* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
