We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with strong technical expertise in Refrigeration and HVAC systems to manage service operations, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. The candidate will be responsible for leading the service team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service and after-sales operations for commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
- Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves,



refrigerant circuits, piping, electrical controls, and HVAC systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems.
- Valuable understanding of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion devices, refrigerants, and refrigeration piping.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, control panels, sensors, thermostats, and HVAC automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
