Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple student hostel and co-living properties. The role requires strong leadership, multi-property management, financial acumen, and effective coordination with tenants, maintenance teams, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Property Operations
- Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and SOP implementation across all assigned properties.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits covering cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and staff performance.
- Handle complex guest, operational, and legal escalations.
- Support the operational setup, staffing, and launch of new properties.

Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate Property Managers.
- Oversee teams across front desk, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and events.
- Drive recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Allocate staff and resources across properties based on business requirements.





Financial & Revenue Management
- Take ownership of property budgets, P&L; performance, and cost control.
- Monitor occupancy, pricing, and additional revenue opportunities.
- Work with revenue and management teams to improve financial performance.
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts for maintenance, laundry, supplies, and other services.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hospitality operations.
- At least 2–3 years of multi-property or regional operations experience.
- Experience in Hostels, Co-Living, Budget Hotels, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Proven experience managing large and diverse teams.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of PMS, channel managers, MIS, and multi-property operational tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations effectively.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
