Salary - 25,000-35,000 per month (based on experience).

Role & responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day injection moulding production activities
- Supervise machine operators and shop-floor workers
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cycle times are maintained
- Perform basic troubleshooting of molding machines and molds
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
- Maintain production reports and shift records
- Ensure proper material handling and inventory usage
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Polymer (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 year's experience in injection moulding
- Experience on machines like Haitian, Milacron preferred
- Experience in plastic manufacturing / auto components industry
- Knowledge of machine setting, process parameters, and defects
- Ability to handle manpower and work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of quality control practices.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation preferred
