1. Job purpose:
The Sales Executive –He/She is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring customers, promoting the company's Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires extensive field visits, client relationship management, quotation follow-up, business conversion, payment recovery, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in coordination with market/lead generation across industries/agencies as per DCPL activities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Schedule client meetings and presentations to promote the company's services.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Promote all DCPL Activities.




- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with internal departments.
- Negotiate commercial terms within the company's approved guidelines.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solutions according to DCPL activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
- Generate repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research
- Conduct market surveys to identify new industries and emerging business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with management.

Coordination & Service Delivery
- Coordinate with Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth execution of p
