Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Configure and optimize core demand planning processes, including baseline statistical forecasting, promotional planning, and exception management
- Work on Blue Yonder modules including Demand Planning and ESP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and IT
- Ensure seamless system integrations and data flow across platforms
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and system performance
- Provide techno-functional expertise for troubleshooting and enhancements





Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand is mandatory
- Proven experience in a techno-functional consulting role
- Solid understanding of demand planning concepts, including statistical modeling, demand sensing, consensus demand planning, and S&OP; integration
- Experience with integrations, data models, and enterprise systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Experience with other supply chain planning technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle SCM) is preferred
