Role Description

The Business Development Intern will support the business development and sales team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective customers. The intern will assist with outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, understand customer requirements, and help convert prospects into business opportunities. The role will also involve maintaining lead records, following up with prospects, scheduling meetings,



and supporting the team in achieving business development targets. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce Weskill's programs and services.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development team.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Support the team in preparing sales reports and tracking lead progress.
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly lead generation and outreach targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business growth.
