Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area campus. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for academic, administrative, and support staff.



The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies aligned with institutional goals, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant departments, and ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting leadership in workforce planning, facilitating training and development initiatives, handling grievance resolution, maintaining accurate HR records, and promoting an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture. The role also involves partnering with campus leadership to support change management and organizational development across the institute.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
