We are seeking qualified and experienced Non-Litigation & Intellectual Property Law Attorneys to join our team as Associates, offering candidates the opportunity to work independently, contribute meaningfully, and grow professionally within the Firm.
- Experience in Non-Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Commercial, Real Estate, Contract Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating legal and commercial documents, including Agreements for Sale, Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, Term Sheets, and other commercial arrangements.
- Experienced in IP matters, trademark filing, prosecution, portfolio management, oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, assignments, and IP advisory.
- Experience in providing opinions on registrability of trademarks, preparing and filing applications, replying to Examination Reports, and attending hearings.
- Solid experience in real estate transactions, due diligence, corporate agreements,



mergers & acquisitions, legal research, and advisory matters.
- Key Responsibilities:

1. Intellectual Property: Conduct searches and prepare, draft, and file applications for trademarks, copyrights, and designs; manage prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, assignments, and IP portfolios; and represent clients before IP Offices, statutory authorities, and courts, when necessary.

2. Drafting and Vetting Legal Instruments: Draft, review, vet, negotiate, and finalize Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Leave & License Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Consent Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, Indemnity Deeds, NDAs, and other legal documents.
