Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall plant performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in a steel melting shop or related industry.
- Solid understanding of documentation procedures for recording production data accurately.
- Ability to optimize production processes using various techniques (e.g., lean manufacturing).
- Familiarity with safety protocols for working with molten metal.
