Shift:
IST (9 AM - 6 PM) / EST Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.
- Partner with managers and business leaders to address employee concerns and support organizational goals.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Contribute to building a high-performance, employee-centric culture.





What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
- Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO, IT Services, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and employee relationship management skills
- Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
