Job Purpose and Scope

To support the growth of the AGS's digital and e-commerce channels by managing online product listings, digital marketing
campaigns, website content, customer engagement, and promotional activities. The role will contribute to increasing online sales,
enhancing brand visibility, and delivering an engaging customer experience across all digital platforms

Main Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management
Manage and maintain the company e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
Create and maintain presence on e-commerce & quick commerce platform including Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem, First Cry
etc. in line with the product portfolio of AGS.
Create and upload product listings, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
Monitor marketplace performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversions.
Ensure product availability and coordinate updates with relevant teams.
Achieve annual Sales & GP targets from market places.

Digital Marketing




Interact with Digital Marketing team of AGS's key principals to utilize marketing assets & align communication across digital media.
Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online channels.
Create promotional banners, landing page content, and campaign assets.
Support seasonal promotions, product launches, and online sales initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution.

Content & Social Media
Develop engaging content for social media platforms and digital channels.
Manage social media calendars and monitor audience engagement.
Respond to customer inquiries received through online channels and live chat.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and report website traffic, campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales metrics.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular marketing and e-commerce performance reports.
