- To monitor all routine analytical work in order to keep production/ dispatch schedule on time.
- Take care of all QC related functions like calibration, validation, working standards, control samples, etc.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Analytical specifications, Analytical protocols, etc.
- Conduct stability studies and report to Head-QC.
- Take care to release all incoming & out going material in ERP.
- Ensuring that positive laboratory practices are followed.
- To control the labeling activity.
- To maintain all records and follow standard operating procedure.
- To monitor & achieve the QHSE objectives.
- To conduct training activity for QC personnel.
- Suggestions related to improvement in dept. system, test and/or test methods and monitoring the activities of non-managerial staff.
