We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal/HOD to lead and manage our Nursing College . The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a passion for nursing education, and the ability to develop and implement academic policies that enhance student learning and faculty development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the nursing college.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (INC, State Nursing Council, UGC, etc.).
- Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures to maintain high educational standards.
- Supervise and guide faculty in teaching, research, and professional development.
- Oversee student admissions, progress, and welfare to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Foster industry collaborations, research initiatives, and professional partnerships.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to accreditation, licensing, and healthcare standards.
- Represent the institution in academic and professional forums.





Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D./M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in nursing education, with at least 5 years in an administrative role.
- Sound knowledge of nursing curriculum, accreditation requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in faculty development, student affairs, and academic administration.

Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in research and publications.
- Ability to implement modern teaching-learning methodologies.
- Experience in managing institutional affiliations and collaborations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,768.09 - ₹95,302.71 per month
