Role & responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, society activations and other marketing activities.

* Coordinate with vendors, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

* Support event logistics, branding materials, customer engagement and on-ground coordination.

* Track event leads, expenses, revenue and overall performance.

* Maintain event calendars, trackers and basic marketing reports.

* Assist in planning content for social media, website and marketing campaigns.

* Coordinate with designers/content teams for creatives, posts and marketing material.

* Ensure marketing activities are completed as per timelines and brand guidelines.





* Support the marketing team with day-to-day execution and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

* Basic understanding of marketing, branding and social media

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Good organizational and time-management ability

* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

* Proactive, adaptable and quick to learn

* Positive attention to detail and follow-up

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

* Comfortable with both desk work and on-ground event execution
