Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day D2C e-commerce operations, including order processing, order tracking, and coordination.
- Monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
- Support online sales and business growth through lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
- Maintain and update sales, order, customer, and inventory-related records.
- Track key e-commerce metrics such as orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, offers, and other activities to improve online sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share business updates with the management team.
- Work closely with marketing, warehouse, logistics,



and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA / Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, sales, or operations are preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Interest in e-commerce, online sales, and D2C business operations.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
