Role- L2 Business Continuity Service
- Disaster Recovery & Compliance:
- In-depth review of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and managing approvals in IRM.
- Conducting DRP Q&A; sessions and participating in ad-hoc private alignment meetings to guide consumers through our DRP process.
- Periodically and proactively engaging with BCM leads to obtain BCP updates, discover critical items, and update BCP plans in ServiceNow.
- Incident Management & IRM Collaboration:
- Escalating and following up on the resolution of incidents with the IRM Team.
- Collaborating with the IRM team on tool releases, including UAT testing, incident management, and user story prioritization.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for continuity events outside of Spains business hours.




- Documentation, Knowledge Management & Tooling:
- Creating and updating documentation in Confluence.
- Managing the Service Owners Google Chat.
- Maintaining the teams Google Site (updating FAQs, how-tos, roles, team members, etc.) and potentially assisting with a future migration from Google Sites to SharePoint (during the Microsoft migration).
- Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying and developing AI and automation opportunities to optimize team processes.
- Participating in daily team standups and regular progress reporting.
