About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with proven experience in Travel & Tourism sales and B2B field sales.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business through face-to-face meetings with travel agents, generating travel queries, building strong agent relationships, and converting queries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a database of travel agents within the assigned territory.
- Identify and build relationships with potential travel agents and agencies.
- Conduct 8–10 field visits per day to meet travel agents face-to-face.
- Regularly visit and follow up with existing and potential agents.
- Generate travel queries through agent visits, calls, WhatsApp and other sales channels.
- Explain our travel products, packages, pricing and support to travel agents.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Query → Quotation → Negotiation → Confirmation → Payment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on active and inactive agents.
- Achieve monthly sales, query-generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain daily reports of calls,

- Build a strong network of travel agents and continuously expand the assigned market.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Mandatory field sales experience.
- Must have experience meeting travel agents/agencies face-to-face.
- Must be willing to conduct 8–10 field visits per day.
- Experience in generating business through travel agents is highly preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
