Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Pre-Sales with 1+ year of experience to support pre-sales activities, understand client requirements and assist in developing effective business and technical proposals. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and analyze client requirements and business needs.

2. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses and solution documents.

3. Coordinate with sales, technical and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions.

4. Conduct requirement analysis and prepare relevant business documentation.

5. Support the development of solution approaches and value propositions.

6. Participate in client discussions, presentations and requirement meetings.

7. Prepare BRDs,



scope documents and other pre-sales documentation as required.

8. Conduct basic market and competitor research to support proposals.

9. Track and coordinate pre-sales activities from requirement gathering to proposal submission.

Required Skills

1. 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis / Pre-Sales.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Good understanding of requirement gathering and business documentation.

5. Robust presentation and proposal-writing skills.

6. Ability to collaborate with Sales, Technical and Delivery teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements.
