Role Description
The Lead Revenue Generate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for designing and executing revenue-generation strategies, overseeing the revenue cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial and operational data,



identifying opportunities to increase revenue and optimize pricing, and tracking key performance metrics. The specialist will work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to align revenue initiatives with business goals, prepare regular reports for leadership, and support forecasting and budgeting activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, refining processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and revenue optimization processes.
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
