Senior Software Integration Engineer

Overview
The SME team is looking for a Senior Software Integration Engineer who can contribute independently in complex situations while supporting quality, engineering, and delivery goals. This role requires strong experience in agile work management, integration testing, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC practices, systems integration, troubleshooting, web services, workflow management, and test automation.

The ideal candidate will plan, prioritize,



and manage work using agile practices to enable iterative delivery, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. They will partner with developers and engineering teams to review source code, identify issues, improve quality, and promote maintainability and coding standards.

This position is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining tests that validate interactions across integrated components, systems, services, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies. The candidate will help establish and maintain QA processes and standards that prevent defects, optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support compliance.

The role also requires strong understanding of requirements management, SDLC, systems integration, web services, troubleshooting, and workflow management. The candidate should be a key contributor who can guide others informally and help teams deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
